Daily regular class (Morning) : 10.15 am - 11.15 am

Class (As per convenience and availability) : 5.15 pm - 6 pm or as suitable

Daily regular class (Evening) : 6.15 pm - 7.00 pm

Group Meditation (Evening) : 7.00 pm - 7.30 pm
